With the manual tool changing system from Teknomotor, the milling tool is placed in the spindle by the HSK toolholder. This is a cost-effective and reliable alternative to the fully automatic tool changing system, you do not have to do many tool changes. For many customers, the ATC is too expensive, so this cost-effective QTC spindle system provides best cost-effective alternative. This QTC system does not require any expensive additional components such as pneumatics, software programming or a safety system.

No sensors or safety circuits are required as the operator performs the tool change manually.

We recommend the torque wrench to change the toolholder
