Double nozzle DDS

The double nozzle DDS is ideal for lubricating circular and band saw blades. It is mounted so that the saw blade runs through the recess on the mixing head. The two V-shaped droplet nozzles then ensure optimal lubrication. The air and coolant quantities can be set individually for each nozzle on the mixing head via needle valves.

Connection with pneumatic hose:
6 mm outer Ø for air
4 mm outer Ø for coolant

The following is also required for connection as an additional nozzle:
One each
Y-connector for 4 mm hose (PNE.SVY4.4M)
Y-connector for 6 mm hose (PNE.SVY6.6M)

or one each

T-connector for 4 mm hose (PNE.SVT4.4M)
T-connector for 6 mm hose (PNE.SVT6.6M)
